Core concept
The UNISOL Group considers taking care of our employees’ health to be one of the issues our management must engage with, and has made a Health and Productivity Management Declaration to facilitate the Group’s strategic promotion of “Kenkokeiei®” (“health and productivity management”).

The UNISOL Group’s Health and Productivity Management Declaration
To allow the UNISOL Group to sustainably increase our corporate value, we will continue to promote the creation of working environments that support all of our employees’ mental and physical health and allow them to thrive in and bring energy to their work.
- We will create workplace environments that allow every Group employee to work in safety and good health, and allow them to bring energy to their work
- The Company will enter into mutual collaboration with industrial physicians (doctors appointed to workplaces under Japan’s Industrial Safety and Health Act) and our health insurance society in efforts aimed at maintaining and improving our employees’ mental and physical health
- We will offer active support for each of our employees to gain awareness of their own health and engage independently in maintaining and improving their mental and physical health
Health promotion system

Initiatives for improved health
To allow the Group as a whole to sustainably increase our corporate value, we are promoting the creation of working environments that support all of our employees’ mental and physical health and allow them to thrive in and bring energy to their work.
Medical check-ups
To help our employees maintain their health, we provide regular health screenings once annually. In FY2024, 100% of our employees received this check-up. We diligently pursue any action and health guidance required, in line with any recommendations for re-examination and an evaluation of the employee’s fitness for work following their check-up.
Stress checks
We conduct stress checks as a measure to support our employees’ mental health. These checks encourage people to take note of their stress levels—something we tend to be unaware of ourselves—and aim to reduce the risk of poor mental health.
Internal seminars
We hold regular seminars on maintaining and improving one’s health. In February 2024, for example, we held a seminar on better sleep.
Measures to prevent overwork
To prevent overwork among our employees, we keep track of working hours, take action to remedy any occurrence of long working hours, and encourage employees to take their annual paid leave.
Enhancing our workplace environments
In order to provide our employees with environments where they can work in comfort, we are making efforts to enhance our workplace environments.
For example, we have committed to measures for the prevention of exposure to secondhand smoke, and all of our sites are now either completely non-smoking or have a separate smoking area.
We have also created and are sharing throughout the Group a manual detailing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, influenza, and similar illnesses.
We also strive to advocate for health and productivity management to our business partners, including by displaying posters encouraging health and productivity management at exhibitions hosted by G-net Corporation and other events.
External recognition
Following our 2024 certification, the UNISOL Group has again been recognized as a KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organization (large enterprise category) under the 2025 Certified KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program, orchestrated by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi. This program “visualizes” and publicly commends enterprises who have put in place particularly high-quality health and productivity management.
